These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the gowind platform, including all cricket betting, casino gaming, promotional activity, and financial transactions. By registering an account or using any part of gowind.club, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms set out below. Please read this document carefully before proceeding.

Who These Terms Apply To

These Terms & Conditions apply to every person who accesses, browses, registers on, or otherwise uses the gowind platform at gowind.club. Acceptance is automatic upon any use of the site. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the gowind platform.

Platform Integrity Commitment

gowind is committed to maintaining a fair, transparent, and secure environment for all players. All games use certified RNG technology from licensed providers. All financial transactions are processed under SSL encryption and subject to KYC verification before first withdrawal.

Updates to These Terms

gowind reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication at gowind.club/terms-conditions. Currency & Transactions

Prohibited Conduct

Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus structures, engage in money laundering, use automated betting software, or create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

Section 1

Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions. Whenever these terms appear with an initial capital letter, they carry the meaning set out below, whether used in the singular or plural form.

Term Definition
"gowind" / "Platform" The online cricket betting and casino platform operated at gowind.club, including all associated web pages, mobile experiences, tools, services, promotions, and content made available to registered members.
"We" / "Us" / "Our" The operator of the gowind platform, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers acting in the operation and management of gowind.club.
"You" / "Player" / "Member" Any individual who accesses, registers on, deposits funds into, or uses any service, game, or betting market offered through the gowind platform.
"Account" The personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on gowind, which holds the Player's profile information, account balance, transaction history, and access credentials.
"Balance" / "Funds" The total amount of Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT) held in a Player's gowind account at any given time, comprising real-money deposits and any credited bonus amounts subject to applicable wagering requirements.
"Bonus Funds" Promotional credits granted to a Player under a specific bonus offer. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements and are not withdrawable until those requirements have been met in full, as specified in the relevant promotion's terms.
"KYC" Know Your Customer — the mandatory identity verification process required before a Player's first withdrawal is processed. KYC requires submission of a valid National ID card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification document acceptable to gowind.
"Wagering Requirement" The total amount a Player must wager using Bonus Funds (or a combination of real and bonus funds, as specified per promotion) before those funds become eligible for withdrawal. Expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x means the bonus amount must be wagered thirty times).
"Prohibited Jurisdiction" Any country, territory, or region from which access to and use of the gowind platform is explicitly restricted for legal, regulatory, or commercial reasons. Players located in Prohibited Jurisdictions are not permitted to register or use the Platform.
"BST" Bangladesh Standard Time — UTC+6. All time-sensitive provisions in these Terms & Conditions, including bonus expiry periods, session timestamps, and support response benchmarks, are measured in BST unless otherwise stated.
Section 2

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the gowind platform in any capacity — whether as a guest visitor, registered member, or depositing player — you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. Acceptance also extends to the gowind Privacy Policy and any supplementary terms published in connection with specific promotions, tournaments, or game categories.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and gowind. If you are accessing the platform on behalf of a business entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms. In practice, the vast majority of gowind members are individual adult consumers residing in Bangladesh; this provision covers any edge case where a corporate or third-party context may apply.

gowind reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice to individual players. The most current version will always be available at gowind.club/terms-conditions. The version in effect at the time of any specific transaction or dispute shall govern that matter. Players who continue to use the Platform after a revision has been published are deemed to have accepted the revised terms in full.

Important: If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease all use of the gowind platform and close your account. Continued use of any part of gowind.club — including browsing game lobbies or accessing account information — constitutes unconditional acceptance of these terms.
  • By registering an account, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to engage in online gambling activities in your jurisdiction.
  • You confirm that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete. Submitting false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account suspension.
  • You accept that gowind's decisions on all matters arising under these Terms & Conditions — including game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account status — are final and binding, subject only to the dispute resolution process outlined herein.
  • You accept responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted through your gowind account, regardless of whether that activity was authorised by you.
  • You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that gowind does not guarantee any return on funds deposited. All wagering decisions are made at your own risk and volition.
Section 3

Account Registration & Eligibility

Registration on the gowind platform is open to adult individuals who meet all eligibility criteria set out below. gowind enforces strict account integrity standards and reserves the right to decline or revoke registration to any applicant who does not meet these requirements.

  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. gowind applies strict 18+ age verification and will suspend any account where the account holder's age cannot be confirmed through the KYC process.
  • One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one gowind account. Operating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device profiles — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and any balances forfeited.
  • Accurate Registration Details: All information submitted at registration, including full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details, must be accurate and match the identification documents used during KYC verification.
  • Not a Previously Banned Player: Individuals whose prior gowind accounts have been suspended or permanently closed for policy violations, fraud, or abuse are not eligible to re-register. Attempting to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
  • Self-Exclusion Status: Players who have voluntarily self-excluded from the gowind platform may not register a new account during the active self-exclusion period. Doing so will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of any deposited funds.

Identity verification is mandatory before the processing of any withdrawal from a gowind account. The KYC process requires submission of at least one of the following government-issued identification documents: National ID Card (NID), valid Bangladeshi passport, or driving licence. gowind may request additional documentation — including proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months) and proof of payment method ownership — where the standard KYC review raises further questions about account identity or fund origin.

KYC documents are reviewed within 24–48 hours of submission in most cases. Players in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh are equally subject to this requirement regardless of account history or deposit volume. gowind does not make exceptions to the KYC requirement for any player under any circumstances. Document review outcomes are communicated via the email address registered on the account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your gowind account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. gowind will never ask you for your password through any communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact the gowind support team immediately via live chat or email at [email protected]. gowind accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of a Player's failure to adequately protect their account credentials.

Strict Prohibition: Creating or operating more than one gowind account is a serious violation of these Terms & Conditions. All accounts found to be connected to a multi-account operation will be permanently closed and all associated balances — including real-money deposits — will be forfeited. gowind uses advanced device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment method cross-referencing to detect multi-account activity.
Section 4

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the gowind platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). gowind supports a range of local and international payment methods to ensure fast, convenient, and secure banking for players across Bangladesh.

  • Mobile Banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay — deposits credited instantly; withdrawals processed within 5–30 minutes for verified accounts.
  • Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, City Bank — standard processing times of 1–4 hours for deposits and up to 24 hours for withdrawals.
  • International Cards: Visa and Mastercard — subject to your card issuer's international transaction policies. Processing times may vary.

The minimum single deposit on gowind is ৳500 for mobile banking channels (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and ৳1,000 for bank transfer and card transactions. There is no platform-imposed maximum single deposit limit; however, players may set personal deposit limits from their account settings panel at any time. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own legal name. Third-party deposits — where the funding account is registered to a name other than the gowind account holder — are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the verified gowind account. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is approved. gowind reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any stage of the withdrawal process where the security team deems it necessary. Withdrawal requests made during periods of high traffic — particularly during BPL finals, IPL playoff fixtures, or major public holidays in Bangladesh — may experience processing delays. gowind endeavours to maintain its standard processing windows at all times but cannot guarantee processing times during exceptional circumstances.

Withdrawal Note: Funds that originated from a specific payment method (e.g., bKash) may, at gowind's discretion, be required to be returned to that same method up to the original deposit amount before any remaining balance is paid out via an alternative channel. This is a standard anti-money-laundering control and applies equally to all players.

gowind operates exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). All account balances, bet amounts, winnings, bonus values, and transaction records are displayed and processed in BDT. gowind does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion required on the player's side (e.g., for international card payments) is the sole responsibility of the player and their payment provider; gowind has no control over and accepts no liability for exchange rates applied by third-party payment processors.

Section 5

Bonuses & Promotions

gowind offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus principles set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general terms, the specific promotion's terms will prevail for that offer only.

  • Welcome Bonus: Available to new members on their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus amount, match percentage, minimum qualifying deposit, and applicable wagering requirements are detailed on the current promotions page. The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device.
  • Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal. The standard wagering requirement across gowind promotions is 30x the bonus amount unless otherwise specified. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino table games typically contribute 10%–20%, and sports betting markets contribute at rates specified per promotion.
  • Bonus Expiry: All bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the specific promotion's terms. Upon expiry, any unmet wagering requirements and associated bonus funds are automatically removed from the account. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.
  • Cricket Promotions: Enhanced odds, cashback offers, and tournament-specific bonuses tied to BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international matches are subject to their own specific terms published at the time of each promotion's launch. Cricket bonus wagering requirements and minimum odds restrictions will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion.
  • Bonus Abuse: gowind reserves the right to cancel any bonus, void associated winnings, and suspend an account where it determines that a player has exploited, manipulated, or abused any promotional offer. This includes — but is not limited to — bonus-hunting strategies, low-risk betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements, and collusion between multiple accounts to claim the same bonus.
  • Seasonal & Cultural Promotions: gowind may offer limited-time promotional bonuses aligned with Bangladesh's cultural and sporting calendar — including Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), Independence Day (March 26), and major cricket tournament periods. These promotions are subject to availability and their own specific terms at time of publication.
Section 6

Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on the gowind platform is subject to the general rules set out in this section, as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules published within the relevant section of the platform. In cases of ambiguity, gowind's interpretation of the applicable rules is final.

gowind offers pre-match and in-play betting markets on cricket — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC ODI Championship, and all Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures — as well as other sports available on the platform from time to time. All bets are settled at the official result as declared by the governing body of the relevant sport. In the event of match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, gowind's specific settlement rules for each market type will apply and are published within the sports betting section of the platform.

Minimum and maximum bet amounts per market are displayed at the time of placing a bet. gowind reserves the right to limit, restrict, or refuse any bet at its absolute discretion, including limiting maximum winnings per event, per market, or per time period. Such limitations do not constitute a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

All casino games available on gowind — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and instant-win titles — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by licensed third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and Hacksaw Gaming. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are sourced from the game provider and reflect long-term statistical averages across all players. Individual session outcomes may differ significantly from the published RTP. gowind is not responsible for individual game outcomes; all results are determined solely by the RNG within each game engine.

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or network interruption during a game session or live betting event, gowind reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the staked amount to the player's balance. gowind will not be liable for any loss of winnings or incomplete game sessions caused by technical failures on the player's device, browser, or internet connection. Claims relating to technical failures must be submitted to the support team within 48 hours of the affected session, accompanied by relevant details including the game title, time of the session (in BST), and account balance before and after the affected round.

  • Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with any part of the gowind platform.
  • Exploiting pricing errors, system glitches, or incorrectly displayed odds — any winnings derived from such errors may be voided.
  • Placing bets on both sides of the same outcome across multiple accounts (arbitrage abuse within gowind's own platform).
  • Collusion with other players to influence game or match outcomes in any way.
  • Placing bets funded entirely by bonus funds on low-risk or excluded markets with the specific intent of meeting wagering requirements without genuine game engagement.
Section 7

Responsible Gaming Obligations

gowind is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and to protecting vulnerable players. Both gowind and its registered members share obligations in maintaining a safe gaming environment. This section sets out the platform's responsible gaming framework and the player's corresponding obligations.

Gambling is a form of entertainment and should never be treated as a source of income or a method of resolving financial difficulties. gowind encourages all players to set personal limits, play within their means, and take regular breaks. If at any time you feel that gambling is negatively affecting your finances, relationships, or mental health, you are strongly encouraged to use the self-exclusion tools available in your account settings or contact the support team immediately at [email protected].

  • Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from the account settings panel. Limits take effect immediately upon being set and can only be reduced — not increased — within the current limit period. A 24-hour cooling-off period applies before any limit increase comes into effect.
  • Session Time Limits: Players may configure session duration alerts that notify them after a self-defined period of platform activity. These alerts are displayed as non-intrusive on-screen notifications and do not automatically terminate the session.
  • Self-Exclusion: Players may request voluntary self-exclusion for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent account closure. During an active self-exclusion, login access is disabled and all marketing communications from gowind are suspended. Self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed before the chosen exclusion period has elapsed.
  • 18+ Enforcement: gowind maintains a strict minimum age of 18 for all account holders. Age verification is required before the first withdrawal. Accounts where age verification cannot be completed will be suspended pending document review. Accounts found to be held by players under the age of 18 will be permanently closed and all deposits returned minus any bonus amounts.

Section 8

Account Suspension & Closure

gowind reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account where a breach of these Terms & Conditions is suspected or confirmed. The following provisions govern the circumstances under which such action may be taken and the process that applies.

  • Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe following a withdrawal request.
  • Evidence or reasonable suspicion of multi-account operation, including use of shared devices, IP addresses, or payment methods across multiple registered accounts.
  • Suspected or confirmed money laundering, fraud, or use of the platform in connection with any criminal activity.
  • Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including prohibited betting activities as set out in Section 6.4.
  • Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point in the KYC or verification process.
  • Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour directed toward gowind support staff or other platform users.
  • Registration or continued use of the platform by a person under the age of 18.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their most recently verified payment method, provided that the closure was not triggered by fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity. In cases where the account is closed due to confirmed fraudulent conduct, gowind reserves the right to withhold the entire account balance pending investigation and, where applicable, report the matter to the relevant authorities.

Players who close their accounts voluntarily and wish to re-register at a later date may do so subject to the standard eligibility criteria, provided the original closure was not a result of any policy violation or self-exclusion request with an active exclusion period still in effect.

Players whose accounts have been suspended or closed by gowind have the right to submit a formal appeal within 30 days of the suspension or closure notification. Appeals must be submitted in writing to [email protected] with the subject line "Account Appeal — [Your Username]". gowind will review all appeals within 10 business days and communicate its decision by email. The outcome of the appeal process is final. gowind's decisions regarding account status are made in good faith and based on a comprehensive review of the available evidence; they are not subject to further challenge once the appeal process has been exhausted.

Voluntary Closure: If you wish to close your gowind account for personal reasons — including as a responsible gaming measure — please contact our support team at any time. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any eligible real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method within 3–5 business days of the closure being confirmed. All pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to their normal outcome and the resulting balance processed accordingly.
